Thought I would highlight the song in the video—also a live download above—from Kina Grannis. She is from the O.C. and one or two of you might not have heard her yet. She has a vibe reminiscent of Ingrid Michaelson.
Her style is kind of sweet, innocent and playful-romantic and the Daytrotter concert is a good intro as it is a stripped-down mini-session.
While I usually just listen (and push) alternative, folk or indie; I do love a good pop song.
