For my taste? Kinda like an “Everything” bagel: tasty, sultry, however, that dehydrated garlic leaves a funky taste in this mouth in the same vein as Taco Bell hamburger meat. Nutritious? The bagel contains all white flour and therefore no whole wheat or multi-grain. There is a lack of solid nutrition and my glycemic level peaks a wee bit too early and then ebbs quickly. Anywho, there is much promise here and I’m tad curious the next direction this artist will take.
